This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the Gulfport/Biloxi border is a short walk to the beach! Enjoy coffee on the patio just off the Master BR. Guest room has two beds, trundle and futon. Perfectly located near restaurants, casinos, shopping, and less than 2 miles from the Coliseum. Whether you're in town for a relaxing beach getaway, a festival or a concert, or love local live music, you're close to it all. In this gated community, you'll have access to 2 relaxing pools with hot tubs.
Good to know
The condo is located on the second floor (first floor is only garage and entryway). Once at the top of the stairs, you'll enter the space in the living room, with the dining room and kitchen to your left. The Master BR is to your right, just around the fireplace. The guest room is on the left of the living room. Full size washer and dryer is located near the kitchen. Access the patio from either the living room or the Master BR. The main pool is toward the back of the property - a short walk from the condo. Beach accessories are located in the garage (wagon, umbrellas, chairs, beach bag). Please return after use. *HURRICANE SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY*. If a hurricane prevents you from traveling to the condo for your vacation, we will refund your payment in full. This is for a HURRICANE expecting to land on the Mississippi Gulf Coast at the same time as your stay.
House Rules
Minimum age to book: 23yrs old. No pets. No smoking, vaping, etc. Garage door must be closed after entry/exit. Yellow bracelet (provided) must be worn in pool areas. No glass in pool areas. No parties or gatherings. Strict quiet hours enforced by on-site security guard. Parking is located in one-car garage and in parking lot - guest tag (provided) must be visible when parked in parking lot.
